Customer Profiling

Your road map to successful advertising starts with understanding who your customers are, where they live, what media they consume.

 

We do this by creating a unique customer profile using data from trusted sources such as Experian Mosaic, CACI Acorn, BARB, RAJAR, JICREG, JICMAIL + TGI.

 

Demographic

Who are your customers?

Do you know their age, gender, marital status, household income, education, financial status, interests? Are they employed, self employed, or a director?

Geographic

Where do they live?

Are they suburban, rural, metropolitan? Do they live in a flat, a semi or detached house? Do they live with parents, rent or own with a mortgage?

Media Consumption

What media do they consume?

Do they watch TV, read a daily newspaper, or special interest magazine, listen to radio, or spend their time online on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok?
